It's done! Yay! Finally live. Good work
Cemalettin Koç
I think this is almost complete. We are eager to upgrade to latest.
Hirbod
Cemalettin Koç: yeah, but stuck on the last two issues :/
Peter Steinberger
We provide a wrapper for our SDK to React Native, and always support the latest version - this currently blocks Expo users from upgrading. Please update Expo to be at the same version as vanilla React Native, to reduce issues and allow a streamlined update experience for everyone.

Brent Vatne is there an active issue we can subscribe for it?
Edit: Here is the https://github.com/expo/expo/issues/5849 related issue

Cemalettin Koç: Seconding! I'd like a way to be notified when this is out.

why not directly to 0.61?
Brent Vatne
hossein alipour: we are going to update directly to 0.61

thanks guys, this is very important to fix the errors with Lottie from Android :)
Hayk Shakhbazyan
I believe that it would be best if expo skipped 0.60.x version and updated its library straight to 0.61 when it is stable as with this version will come most of the important updates to RN
Andrea Arguello
Hayk Shakhbazyan: As much as that would be useful, how long would that take? Given that many apps are being rejected from the store, as Chandler Van De Water points out, which is a bigger issue in my opinion. Besides all the official react-native github has posted are release candidates, and not a 0.61 version per se.
Chandler Van De Water
Brent Vatne any chance upgrading RN to 0.60+ can happen in SDK 35 instead of 36? App Store submissions are rejected, as
react-native
references UIWebView in <RN6.0, and "Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView APIs". (ITMS-90809: Deprecated API Usage)Cédric Rassaert
Chandler Van De Water: just use useWebkit={true}
