Subtitles in <Video />

Allow users to add subtitles to video (.srt file/fetched from URI?).

It would be really nice to add an ability to resync them (+ 5 seconds etc.)

We've implemented subtitles ourselves and it works fairly seamlessly, can post about the implementation here if people are interested (Unless you'll strictly want it to be a prop passed to expo-av)

This does already work, kinda...
I've spent a bit of time looking into this - it's a bit more challenging because in iOS, AVPlayer doesn't natively support .srt file, and it would require you to create a view and manually sync the times yourself. 
Instead, Apple suggests you use an HLS stream, and include the subtitles in that stream. Having tried that out, it already works with expo-av, but obviously requires more work to put your stream in an HLS stream.
I'd checkout Cloudflare Stream if you're interested.
