Apple provided App-Specific password for 3rd party use. One only need to login to https://appleid.apple.com, generate App-Specific Password, and give it to Expo. With this password, we can upload .ipa file using altool. Altool doc can be found here:

We already support app store submissions with
eas submit
https://docs.expo.io/submit/introduction/You can supply the app-specific password to eas submit to ensure it uploads correctly.
