Real offline Application support

I know the team has done a lot of work to for offline usages. But here is a case:
Android app by Expo, installed with APK file, no network connections, open the App, it crashed with the error: "Can not resolve host expo.io"
For me it's really a bug, could anyone look into it?

I ran into this recently while attempting to work on a plane. My application in development only needs to talk to local services, but to bundle it appears that the Expo CLI needs to phone out to
expo.dev
. Might try to find where this is in code and see if it's easy enough to submit a PR to try/catch whatever logic requires this, when offline.
