Would it make sense to have a OTA check request timeout, separate from fallbackToCacheTimeout? Right now, if I set fallbackToCacheTimeout to 3s, slow connectivity could spend all that time checking for the presence of a OTA, and even if found it would have no time left for applying it. So I think that a separate timeout only for the check could make sense, in order not to slow down startup time on slow connectivity.
