More hooks into EAS events

It would be nice to have more event hooks (webhooks) into EAS processes, for example we could use a webhook on
eas device:create
to trigger a rebuild of the internal (adhoc) test build, a Slack notification on a succesful eas submit
and I'm sure there's a use case for some other events as well.Nathan
I just came here to post a similar request. In particular, I'd like to be notified when a build completes (besides using browser notifications). A simple web hook would be great.

It would be nice to have all the webhooks also available as script hooks (like
eas-build-pre-install
), I made a request for submit hooks: https://expo.canny.io/feature-requests/p/add-hooks-on-submit-lifecycle-events.But it'd be nice as well to have an
eas-build-failure
