iOS 26.0 added new four voices (Voice 1 - Voice 4) for Vietnamese languages.

Only default com.apple.voice.compact.vi-VN.Linh and com.apple.voice.enhanced.vi-VN.Linh listed.

This problem also applied to other languages as well.
