iOS Build and Upload Without a Mac

Ok, this could be something waaaay beyond Expo scope, but i think that could be the next big thing for Expo.
What's the point in using Linux/Windows to create cross-platform app flawlessly and then having to mandatory use a Mac to build or just to upload to itunes connect ? No point (for me :) ).

This feature is very possible with:
Expo can handle uploads with crossplatform tool provided by Apple (iTMSTransporter)

Why didn't this have more upvotes?
The lack of this feature completely ruined the dream of developing and deploying cross-platform native app using Windows/Linux computer.
In the end, I still have to buy a goddamned Mac just to upload the app to AppStore.
I do believe this is a possible feature as Expo already hosted XCode on the cloud.
