IntentLauncherAndroid: Missing Intent with data url support

IntentLauncherAndroid doesn’t support creating an intent with a data uri.
This is quite important when i need to navigate users to my current app setting screen, or any  particular intent that requires a data url.
Hope to see this patch up in the next release!

I think its in function startActivity on IntentLauncherModule.java. 
https://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/Intent.html#ACTION_SEND
As the document say
When launching a SEND intent, you should usually wrap it in a chooser (through createChooser(Intent, CharSequence)), which will give the proper interface for the user to pick how to send your data and allow you to specify a prompt indicating what they are doing.
So, there is a need to createChooser to send files?
