Hide/Show QR code in terminal and in Metro Bundler

Asked a question here: https://forums.expo.io/t/hide-show-qr-code/39227 And I guess there is no such feature. Therefore I'm requesting it.
The ability to hide/show QR code in terminal as well as in metro bundler.

Seems trivial to implement just need expo-cli to accept a new command line option and then conditionally run this line:

The reason this feature is requested is because sometimes you don't want for anybody who can read a qr code to connect to your project, or as an alternative a whitelist of allowed devices would suffice.
