Expo custom dev client should have ability to load cached bundle without expo running on system/desktop, it would be super productive, since endless loop of re-installing dev client and production app would be no longer required or to two have different devices all the time.

I end up having two different devices or to keep switching between production and dev client too often 🤷 and keep going through uninstall and reinstall cycle.
