expo-av is missing a mode that restores other app's sound when finishing the sound of my own app.

Imagine running Spotify in the background, then using the expo app and playing a sound. The Spotify sound is killed, the expo sound runs (great!). However, the Spotify sound is not continued when the expo sound is finished.
