expo-audio's lock screen / notification skip buttons are hardcoded to 10 seconds. Apps that expose their own seek-step setting end up with the in-app player and the lock screen visibly disagreeing.

Already implemented in https://github.com/expo/expo/pull/44804 — CI green, open since April 2026 with no review.
