On iOS and Android would like to be able to share directly into a specific social app (facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc), instead of opening the OS share dialog.

Facebook require you to use their SDK's for sharing. There is no way of bypassing this.

Other platforms do often have REST endpoints where you can share data without needing to show a system dialog. This endpoint availability depends upon each individual platform but if it's not available, then there is no way of bypassing the showing of the system dialog.

Scott Pritchard: Sorry for the delayed response. To clarify, I'm speaking of functionality similar to react-native-share's shareSingle(), where you bypass the share dialog and go straight to the chosen social or messaging app. (https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-share)
