Allow custom sounds for remote notifications

presentNotificationAsync allows for setting a custom notification sound, but using remote notifications we can only specify 'default' or nothing.

It's really important for my app to have a distinctive notification sound, not to mention that the default sound grates the ears.

this is possible now as of sdk 42! see the notification api docs for more information. also, please note that this will only work on apps built with EAS Build due to limitations of the classic build system (more about that in this two-part blog post).
