Please add support for https://github.com/Nozbe/WatermelonDB
WatermelonDB is a new way of dealing with user data in React Native and React web apps.
It's optimized for building complex applications in React Native, and the number one goal is real-world performance. In simple words, your app must launch fast.

Seeing "In Progress" just made my day. Supporting a backend-agnostic sync-friendly db will be great for Expo
Mauro Garcia
Josh Willing: Same feeling here :D Btw I've been using the packaged listed below and it's working with SDK 43.

Hi all 👋 we've made a Watermelon DB EAS plugin here, enjoy! 🍉

Charles Killer: Hi. This config plugin looks more complicated than I would have expected. Based on the installation instructions it looks to me like WatermelonDB would work out of the box on Android without JSI. If you want to enable JSI then it would need a config plugin.
For iOS: Is the bridging header and empty
wmelon.swift
stuff needed? I believe Expo already includes a blank noop-file.swift
for this purpose.Charles Killer
Michael Wood: Hi Michael, it was built based on the WatermelonDB install instructions on SDK43.
It's an open source repo and you are welcome to make a PR with your suggested changes

It is a shame that it still doesn't work.

Oh gosh, a whole afternoon trying to using it and now found this. So sad

I heard that it is already working with Expo, Did anyone try it?

We looked into it further and it still not working with Expo.
Jonathan Bradley
We are using expo and WatermelonDB is the only one that truly offers what we want to use. This would great
Jakob Ståhl
Could this be achieved with Expo's new modular architecture? Support for WatermelonDB would make expo super useful and easy to work with for offline apps
