Add support for universal links (iOS + Android)

Universal links is something that Apple introduced in iOS 9 and it's now also supported by Android (different implementation but similar result).
Use cases:
- Open a standalone app directly from an email message and avoid going through a web page.
- Avoid using a specified app scheme on URLs.

Hi, I would also like support for this. In the meantime, I think this can be implemented using the Branch SDK (included in Expo)
