Add parameter on build (ie. exp build:ios|android) to disable publishing to expo server.

On exp build:ios|android command for standalone app building the build automatically relaunch the packager and publish a new version of the exp project. Maybe it will be more efficient if we can skip this step by a sample parameter like --no-publishing

I actually can't believe this feature hasn't been implemented yet. I am making a private company application, and I want an APK file. But to get this, I have to make a public one, too? Why?

Micah: as I explained in your other post about this, you can change the privacy settings to "unlisted". You can do this with the "privacy" key in exp.json/app.json, or from the web if you log into your Expo account, see screenshot.

Haven't tried this, but if this is the case, it would be very useful to have more control over when standalone app is published 👍
