Implement iOS settings bundle.

Sometimes you need to add some config options to your app's iOS settings.
This requires settings.bundle in xcode. This library adds this functionality to RN

Maybe Expo could do it via app.json?

This should work out of the box with EAS Build. See https://docs.expo.dev/workflow/customizing/ for more details.

EDIT: Actually it looks like a Config Plugin will need to be written

I'd say it's impossible to do it over-the-air without using private APIs considering the settings bundle is signed at compile time. You could, however, generate settings for the app but any updates to that would require pushing an app update using the regular App Store methods. It's pretty much like app icons used to work (though you still can't change them OTA).
